Upgrade ops-gateway

1. Pull the image file of the target version (offline package download)

   docker pull nocoly/ops-gateway:<version>

2. Modify the corresponding image version in the /data/hap/script/ops.yaml file.

3. Update yaml to apply the new version

   docker-compose -f /data/hap/script/ops.yaml up -d
